I have over 20 years experience of working as a Counsellor/Psychotherapist in private practice and within the NHS, Social Services and voluntary organizations. I have a background in the Arts and Education and I am a qualified teacher in the UK.
Group Therapy
Group therapy gives you the opportunity to explore your relationship with yourself and others within a safe, contained and confidential setting. Unresolved relationship issues from the past can often be re-played in our present relationships creating difficulties with those we love, our children, friends, family and work colleagues.
As a group member you will be given the opportunity to experiment with new ways of being in relation to yourself and others supported by two skilled and experienced therapists.
If you are interested in joining a weekly ongoing therapy group please contact Jan or Steph. We will arrange an initial meeting with you to see whether group therapy is suitable for you and give you an opportunity to ask any questions you might have.
Our fee for group therapy is $160 per month.
